Music Ministries

Traditional Music

If you prefer traditoinal music read out of a hymnal, then the traditional service will better suit you. Either sung from a hymnal or the overhead screens, the traditional service offers more of an old-fashioned style of worship. The traditional service starts at 10:45 AM, Sundays.

Traditional:

Vision
Celebrating Jesus Christ by bringing songs and hymns together with scripture in relation to music that exalts the Lord, lifts the Sprit, convicts of sin, sooths the soul, and sets the captive free.

Scripture
Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.
-Colossians 3:16-17

Contemporary:

Vision
To provide a fresh, dynamic praise and worship that leads the congregation in connecting with and worshipping God through music, while exposing non-believers to a style of music that presents the Good News.

Scripture
Sing to the Lord a new song; Sing to the Lord, all the earth.  Sing to the Lord, bless His name; Proclaim good tidings of His salvation from day to day.  Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all the peoples.  For great is the LORD and greatly to be praised.
-Psalms 95:1-4
